Yes. To join the club, your home must first be brought up to our standard of clean. You book your Initial Clean at the standard retail price (paid upon completion). Once that is done, you can activate your membership, and your monthly billing will begin 30 days later.

Yes. The membership splits the cost of your wash over 12 months. To keep this fair for everyone, the policy is simple:
  • Cancel BEFORE Service: Any funds paid will remain on your account as a credit toward future services. You lose nothing.
  • Cancel AFTER Service: If you receive your annual cleaning and cancel before the 12-month cycle is complete, the remaining balance of the retail price will be automatically charged to the card on file.

As a member, you get priority scheduling. I typically schedule members for the prime months of April and May (after the pollen falls) or October (before the holidays). We will coordinate a date that works perfectly for you.

Think of this as "Accident Insurance." Normally, if you needed me to come out to rinse a small oil spill, a bird mess on the porch, or a mud splash from a storm, I would have to charge a minimum service trip fee (usually $150+).

As a Platinum Member, you get one "Get out of Jail Free" card per year. I will come out and take care of that spot touch-up for $0.
