Everything you need to know about pricing, safety, and my cleaning process.

About Us & Cost

Pricing varies based on square footage and services. However, you can view my detailed Pricing Guide here to see starting rates for driveways, roofs, and house washing.

I respect your time, so I’ve made payment entirely frictionless. You will receive a secure invoice link via text or email the moment the job is done. You can pay online in 30 seconds from your phone (Credit Card, Apple Pay) or use Cash/Check.

Yes! I make it fast and easy. For most residential jobs, I use advanced satellite imagery software to measure your property remotely. This allows me to email you a precise, itemized quote—often on the same day—without you needing to be home for a site visit.

You get Me. I am an Owner-Operator, not a franchise with a rotating crew. When you hire Martin's, Martin shows up.

I personally quote, schedule, and perform the work. I tape off your outlets, protect your plants, and don't leave until the job meets my personal standard. "Work heartily, as for the Lord..." (Colossians 3:23) isn't just a verse on my footer; it’s the standard I use to run my business.

Yes! I carry a $1 Million General Liability insurance policy. Your property is fully protected. I am happy to provide a copy of my Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request.

My Process

Soft washing uses specialized cleaning solutions and very low pressure (like a garden hose) to safely remove algae and mold from delicate surfaces like vinyl siding, stucco, and roofs. Pressure washing uses high force and is reserved for hard surfaces like concrete driveways. I know exactly which method to use to protect your home.

My standard House Wash includes a rinse of exterior windows to remove dust and cobwebs. However, for a spot-free shine, I offer Pure Water Window Cleaning using a water-fed pole system as a separate add-on service. This removes all minerals for a crystal-clear finish. Just ask me to add it to your quote!

No. Plant protection is my #1 priority.

1. Pre-Soak: I saturate the soil and leaves with fresh water before I start.
2. Continuous Rinse: I run an industrial 8-Gallon-Per-Minute system. This high-volume flow allows me to dilute chemicals instantly to 100% safety levels.
3. Neutralization: For sensitive landscaping, I apply a specialized chemical neutralizer after the wash to balance the pH.

For most residential jobs, I connect to your home's exterior spigot. Pressure washing is actually about flow, not volume—my efficient process typically uses less water than you might think (often less than $5 worth on your water bill). Note: For commercial jobs or properties without water access, I do carry an onboard buffer tank.

I use an industrial 8 GPM (Gallon Per Minute) system, not 'big box' store pressure washers. Why does this matter?
  • Better Rinsing: High flow means I flush out all soap residue from your siding.
  • Plant Safety: It dilutes chemicals instantly, protecting your landscaping.
  • Efficiency: I get the job done faster so I'm out of your hair sooner.

Concrete & Sealing

My Platinum Protection sealant is a commercial-grade penetrator, not a cheap surface coating. On a driveway with normal traffic, it generally lasts 3 to 5 years. It works by "locking out" moisture, which starves black mold and algae of the water they need to grow, keeping your driveway cleaner for years, not months.

If you choose my Platinum Protection package, I warrant that your concrete will maintain its water-repellent barrier for 2 years. This protects against freeze-thaw damage and prevents organic buildup (like mold and red clay) from deeply penetrating the pores. If the water stops beading up, I re-seal it for free. (Note: This covers water/organic issues, not petroleum/chemical spills).

I can improve them, but rarely remove them 100%. Concrete is a sponge, and oil soaks deep inside. While I use industrial degreasers to lift and lighten these stains, old set-in oil is often permanent.

Note: My Platinum Sealer helps resist future oil spills by keeping them on the surface longer, giving you time to clean them up before they soak in.

Scheduling & Maintenance

Generally, I recommend washing your property at least once a year to maintain its value and curb appeal. If you are in a dusty area, under heavy tree cover, or near new construction, you may need it every 6-9 months.

I clean year-round. While I pause for safety during freezing temps, I actively schedule for the 'Winter Thaw' days (35°F-45°F). Algae doesn't stop growing in winter. Ask about my 'Seasonal Pollen Pass' to keep your home clean from February through Summer.

Yes. Red clay requires a specialized chemical treatment to lift the iron oxide from the concrete or brick. Standard pressure washing cannot remove red clay, but my restoration process can.

Yes. Winter storms track mud, grime, and corrosive road salt onto your concrete. Cleaning it now prevents surface damage. Note: This is where my Platinum Sealing really pays off—by preventing water absorption, a sealed driveway stops the "Freeze-Thaw" cycle that causes cracks and spalling during cold snaps.

I actually love washing in the rain! Since your house and plants are already wet, it helps with the rinsing process. However, my policy is simple: Rain is fine. Lightning is not. If there is a risk of lightning or freezing temperatures, I will contact you immediately to reschedule for safety.
